Strange connector

Hello everyone, in the battery compartment I found this connector not connected to any device .... what is it for?
If you need more photos to understand better, no problem.

Hello.
My english is very bad, so you must forgive me. I understand, but i can not write.
Thats connector on your photo should by connected in to the SCB module on the fuses plate on the acu in luggage compartment. I show you in to picture below. If Inertia switch I50 is activated, then SCB module is connected in to ground and the Voltage on some module in car i broken.





Pin 30 of A20 , the actual starter motor, is supplied with voltage directly from the battery via terminal unit A5 . this supply is interrupted by the SCB device for MAXIFUSE box B99 if the inertia switch I50 is operated.

Thank you so much Danus, but you were very clear in the explanation , then the photos, sometimes much better than a thousand words.
Now finally I understand perfectly the operation ..... unfortunately, however, on my fuse plate is not present the SBC module, that's why the connector is disconnected!!
