[lang=en]I've asked them in Facebook. But No reply. Maybe the web page works. I also want to share some pictures of the swap now...

From another forum :

I took a F40 gearbox from Opel Part Number 55350375

The clutch bell fits perfectly. But the gear lever interfers a bit with the ABS block.
- Either cut the dampening weight from the gear lever
- or change to quick shifter lever
- or change to gear lever of gearbox 55570657

Other than the gearbox you will need:
gearbox holder
55200119 (holder gear selector cable)
60694939 (upper gearbox holder)
50512296 (rubber metal mount)
50517171* (lower gearbox bracket) (* I didnt use it, I built this bracket myself out of 5mm sheet metal)

I read that I will need to change to Gear selector cable from 159 2,4JTDm. I did to be shure, but I think it will still work with the standandard gear selector cable. I didnt check that.

flywheel from Opel Vectra C 1.9 CDTI Z19DTH 150PS (Sachs Number 2294000296)
clutch for Opel Vectra C 1.9 CDTI Z19DTH 150PS (I took Sachs Racing reinforced rated for 500Nm - fits, but smells. maybe I will change to another clutch disk)

drive shafts from Alfa 159 2.0 170bhp
OEM Number: 50519319 (left)
OEM Number: 50519320 (right)
I took J&R (00001129 left) (00023476 right) because they were cheap. I had to modify them slightly on my lathe. The sealing face of the right shaft was 5mm too long, and the end of the shaft hit the differtential shaft, so it didnt fit fully into the differential. I cut that sealing face back 5mm and shortened the drive shaft 5mm. Now it fits and works perfectly.

The Alfa starter motor gear is too thick.
- space the starter motor 2mm outwards (with washers)
- or change to Opel starter motor for Engine Z19DTH
