As the 6-speed is, of course, the F40, I've been through in my old 156 20V, you can try to configure the links, but począdku is necessary to fix the two gear shift mechanism in position for service (the one on the box and in the cabin) and adjust how to do it without blocking, they are more rozregulować, as this won't help, of course, to share links (only new), the old one might be stretched, but replace with a new one, too, probably will need to adjust as it will not help, of course, dying synchronizers 1 and 2 gear, it is possible to check if the movement lives on box, download links and move left and right, as I will be stuck with the same str, that is, of course, the problem with the box, not kupój used (I bought spieprzoną) only to send for repair because the cost of the will be similar passerby

I have the same problem, I haczy box when shifting from 1 to 2nd gear, I replaced the bolt (główke) on the cable end at the transmission, because somewhere I read that this may be causing problems with the transmission, but the change brought no improvement...

Gentlemen, since we are on the subject box F40 , tell me what can be the cause of the rattle when switching from 2-Ki 3-jke , I'll add that it only happens at high speed ( switching to 3.5 thousand and more ). I also noticed that it happens after a long "wysilonej" the drive, for example on the highway.
    Thanks in advance for suggestions.

I had exactly the same in my old 156 20V, haczenie started after changing the clutch mechanic I mean the complaint was trying to regulate the reference, of course, without locks, maintenance, and made it so that 2ka during drive wyskakiwała with the progress on the gap, then she started grating 3ka at high speeds, at low no, but it could be adjusted by adjusting the cables.

The reason - can someone regulate the links correctly or synchronizer 3ki went, I don't know what I should think, will see how it looked I have a 156, 20V

I think this may be the fault of the cables, settings, or stretch, that the film behaves as if the links were with lużne and not fully zatrybiały stars, that is, the synchronizers, the impression as if zahaczały on the sprocket, or it is an obvious fault of the box itself, you can check this case in the selector box, as I described above, with one str stutters, checked in the garage, other boxes, all the hair went smoothly, not zacinały.
You can also try to adjust the second line on the right str on the box, the key 8kę, open turned his head to the right or left, adjustment, tension lever in the cabin, as if to loosen it , or tighten it might be better, however, you have to remember about the primary settings, because everything is possible rozlegulować.
