Subject: 1.9 16V Errors

    Domyślnie 1.9 16V Errors and P1213 P1102

    Something again yesterday... a little pogoniłem we're at high revs, but not for long, 10km quietly in the morning before work, after work, all at once popped up the error. I connected fiatecuscan 1.6 and showed the error:

    P1213 like the Boost/Manifold Air temperature , and the description:
    "Air temperature sensor in turbine"

    P1102 /no data/ skASOco., and never came back

    Nothing on the Internet is not found regarding these errors, the first thing I thought it przepływka, but not. The rest look at the pictures fiatecuscana:

    Strange reading Boost/Manifold temperature : 130stC.
    What is this sensor? Does anyone know?

    P1213 - Boost/Manifold Air temperature sensor boost pressure - MAP (measures of deposits and air temperature in the intake manifold) , the manifold he has registered\or erroneously detects a temperature of air;

    P1102 - MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor , error przepływki probably called him illogical for the ECU the temperature is measured on the map ;

    and the strange thing is that the CARD detects a high temperature , maybe it is very dirty and has poor performance or failed , remove it and RUB gently and again in the comp

    The boost pressure sensor cleaned some 6 thousand ago, but zerkne there yet, maybe just a cleaning will help. But if odepne czujniik on trial, then most likely the car won't start? And another question : the parameter "Boost presure" the pressure from the sensor? What should be at maximum speed? OK 2bar? Or is it some way to check the turbos?

    rather, will not activate, because only thanks to this sensor the ECU controls the Turbocompressor - boost pressure (at the moment I do not remember whether recovery on the Map );

    Yes , boost pressure is boost pressure measured KART-em as you want to check how the turbo shakes, include graphics : the required pressure and measured pressure ,
    table : desired boost pressure (necessary) and boost pressure (measured) , include in the schedule and in the way : the best of all 3. or 4 . move from 2000rpm the gas to the floor and you will see that the chart is measured the same as that found via the ECU (boost map)

    Took them a boost pressure sensor, and found that all of her burned. http://img638.imageshack.us/i/photo0038u.jpg/
    I'm going to replace it, but a little afraid that the new is also beat. What is the cause of failure of this sensor? Too high of temp. in the intake manifold? black is burning?
    Quickly buy used?

    Probably not overexposed and killed planted with EGRa - it would not hurt to clean. Przyślep himself EGR dedicated zaslepką.

    The sensor apparently burned down, sticking only to the remains of the wires from it and this is not a plastic basket. I will add that some 6tys ago sensor cleaned and Yes, he was killed by soot, but this time I got burned:/
    Egr part of theit is blinded from 6tys km

    it's hard to say what was the cause , Nagar \breakage when cleaning as it is cleared, then write something after it ?;

    the new sensor the cost of theincludes about 150pln , so that the stimulator needs to be a good price to have been worth it , he was once on "Allegro," I sold your used sensor

    For cleaning I used alcohol, gasoline, after cleaning thoroughly osuszyłem and przejechalem 6tys.. I hope the next will survive longer. As for prices, the site nówki OK 280zł, I decided używke (in which case you can give).

    Another question I have , do not want to open a new topic. Rozgladam for the flowmeter, epera must be: 46811312
    but I need room Bosch. Somewhere once saw rozpiske on the forum, but can't find it. I know I can pull out the old meter, but I'm not sure that is correct.. I want to create as it should be.
